I love the word “audacious”—it’s confident, unapologetic, and daring! That’s who we become (and the life we lead) when we commit to a sustained practice of self-cultivation, of doing the inner work.
I created Audacious Inner Works (AIW) Institute™ to be your development partner in that lifelong pursuit. We offer personal development services that include professional life coaching, intimate group guided conversations known as Sips, and 6-week institutes. We welcome the opportunity to partner with you.

As an organizational development consultant, I leverage my backgrounds in education and coaching to support schools, CBOs, and small, emerging businesses develop their staff capacity, facilitate sessions, and design relevant curricula and programs to meet their varying needs. I seek to partner with key stakeholders in a collaborative, problem-solving process that centers inquiry and learning. The ultimate goal of my consultancy is to build the organization’s capacity to learn how to learn towards a culture of accountability. If this approach aligns with your vision of consultancy, let’s talk!

In one of her countless roles, she owned and stewarded the John Mercer Langston Historic House, an African-American historic landmark, in Oberlin, Ohio. She was an uncompromising model of dignified Black womanhood and had an enormous impact on my development as a Black woman. View Full Tribute
